Please pray for Rebekah Ely.  She is being rushed to the hospital (around 9:45 am, Tuesday) with possible stroke symptoms.  She is young, only 35, with a young child.

The Baytown ACTS Retreat Directors loved the song I wrote for them and have adopted it as their retreat theme song! Thanks be to God! We all got goose bumps when we sang it together yesterday!

Please pray for a friend and her family whose 19 year old son died in a tragic accident last week.

Please keep another friend in your prayer who within the last month has lost a great-aunt, great-uncle, and her grandfather. May the Lord bring them peace in their time of sorrow.

May Tropical Storm Bonnie never become a hurricane and may she disperse the oil spill into the dead zone in the Gulf.

Another thanks for a miracle blessing that I received one week ago during a healing Mass at the SJV Mens ACTS Retreat. I heard the call. I answered and surrendered. He blessed me with my healing. Wow! Praised be our God!

Praises and thanks to God for a very good first ministry meeting with the inmates of the Acadia Parish Jail! Fr. ill heard confessions. Zubaida passed out Bibles and prayer cards. I led the guys in singing – 39 inmates and 4 guards! One of the inmates read the Gospel for his brothers. Yesterday was from Matthew 5 about leaving your gift at the altar to rebuild your relationship with your brother! Wow! One inmate sang a solo of Amazing Grace as God gave it to him in prison! What a blessing!

Prayers, please, for one inmate who had a bad back. We prayed over him. And asked for God’s healing!

Praises and thanks for Sr. Kay’s reception in the Philippines! Simply awesome!

Praises and thanks to God that Kay received my edits of her new book before it went to the printer (who is printing for the least cost possible!). And, Kay liked the edits! She has already sold 150 of her first printing and it is not even off the presses, yet!

Your continued prayers for Daniel, Ann Michelle, Larry, Larry, Mike, and so many others in need of God’s healing touch.

Suzanne had several kidney stones removed yesterday and have some small ones she has to pass-is in much pain
